Work with Ali Can Acar is governed by a signed statement of work or master services agreement. Website content is for general information, not a binding offer.
Intellectual property
Client materials remain client property. Deliverables and IP transfer terms are defined in each engagement agreement. Studio demos and marketing content remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDAs are available before scoping discussions. See our trust & security page for details.
Limitation
We provide services with professional care. Liability limits and warranties are set out in signed agreements for each project.
